Walking for women

In a small, safe group you share what's on your mind. No floaty stuff, but genuine conversations in the open air with down-to-earth and aware women.

The conversations are not dialogues, but monologues. You speak without interruption, without advice. In this way you learn to express yourself more clearly and to really listen - without fixing, judging or reacting. Therein lies the most power.

Themes that may be covered include:

  • Grief and loss
  • (No) desire for children
  • Just being a mother / motherhood
  • Relationships and connection
  • Self-love and setting boundaries
  • Work-life balance
  • Feminine power and intuition
  • Change and transition (divorce, new phase, relocation)
  • Loneliness and friendship
  • Body image and health.

You will find that much turmoil comes from within and that shared sadness, doubt or longing often feels lighter. Through other women's stories, you'll hear yourself back, and that gives clarity and direction.
