Our men's circles

In our men's circle, we step into a powerful space of openness, honesty and deep connection. Each circle is guided by an experienced spaceholder and revolves around a theme that affects us as men.

Consider: relationships, mission, fatherhood, setting boundaries, inner peace, strength and vulnerability.

This is not a cozy discussion group.
This is a place where men share honestly, listen and mirror each other.
Without masks. Without judgment.

Why a men's circle?

In the outside world, we often wear a mask. We solve everything ourselves. We are "strong," "act normal," and avoid really speaking out. But somewhere deep inside we know: this is not the way.

The men's circle is a place where that mask is allowed to come off.

✅ You don't have to solve anything.
✅ You don't have to "do your best."
✅ You only need to appear.

What we do ask for?
Honesty. Presence. Openness.

What it brings you

✅ More connection with like-minded people

✅ Learn to reach out when times get tough

✅ Get insights from the group that will help you move forward

✅ Share your stories safely with (objective) men who don't judge

You can join whenever you want. There are no obligations.

However, we do want to ask you to come as often as possible. You do this not only for yourself but also for other men.

Why Men's Journey?

Society often encourages solving problems independently, which can cause men to have the belief that they cannot share their feelings with other men.

As a result, many men walk around with depression or gloom because they cannot express their feelings (depress).

This often leads many men to find that friendships and relationships feel superficial and many of us regularly escape into drinking, social-media, drugs or working too much, exercising, self-help or always being "busy."

On paper you can have everything going for you, but deep down you feel something is missing. Healing occurs when we share in a safe group.
